           COUNTRY CIRCLE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION ANNUAL MEETING

  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;/div&gt;&#xD;

    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
            
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            All homeowners are invited to attend our annual HOA meeting. Bring a chair and join us in the front common area at 6pm on Sunday, June 5th.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           This is your opportunity to discuss any concerns or questions you may have. We will also vote on important upcoming changes and vote in new board members. 
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

           We need at least 15 homeowners to attend so that we can have a vote. See you there!

      <title>Eagle Trash Updates - Extra Garbage and Oversized Items</title>

           Regarding Excess Garbage and Oversized Items

  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Below are important updates from Eagle Trash concerning recent trash pickups and bags being left behind.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
            
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;ol&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
          
             West Earl Township has always had a
            &#xD;
        &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            96-gallon limit on trash; 3 32-gallon trash bags.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
          
             Unfortunately, this has not always been enforced in the past.
            &#xD;
        &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
          
             If you have more than 96-gallons of trash per week, you may
            &#xD;
        &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            purchase yellow tags ($1.25/each)
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
          
             to place on any extra trash bags.
            &#xD;
        &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Please place NO MORE than 2-3 extra garbage bags out per week.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            If you do not wish to use the toters that were given out, you may use your own trash container; please be aware that West Earl Township and Eagle Disposal will not be held responsible for any damage to your personal trash containers.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
          
             If you have oversized items that you would like to discard of (furniture, mattresses, box springs, etc.) you may
            &#xD;
        &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            purchase $4.00 red tags
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
          
             and then place those items out with the weekly trash (once the tag is affixed to the item).
            &#xD;
        &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Please only place two oversized items out per week.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/ol&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
            
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

           I hope this can clear up some of the recent confusion surrounding trash and recycling pick up.

           Wednesday December 16th - Thursday December 17th.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

           The snow removal company will be here once we hit 3 to 4 inches.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Below are some important reminders about how we handle snow plowing/shoveling during storms.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;ul&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Residents are always responsible to 
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            shovel their walkway from your door to your parking spot.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
             
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Please remove all vehicles from the guest parking spots and from along the road, if possible. 
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            You may park 3 cars in your personal parking spots. They are big enough to fit 3 cars.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            For snowfalls of 3”-6”
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            : The mailbox area and visitor parking lots will be cleared. The walkway in front of your home is your responsibility.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            For snowfalls over 6”
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            : All walkways and personal parking spots will be cleared.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      
           The snow removal company will clear the 
           &#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            guest parking spots first.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            If you want your parking spot to be plowed you will need to be sure to 
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            move your vehicle from the space when the plow company is here. 
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            You can move your car back and forth from the guest parking during this time.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      
           We usually post in 
           &#xD;
      &lt;a href="https://www.facebook.com/groups/2190203761077618" target="_blank"&gt;&#xD;
        
            the Facebook Group
           &#xD;
      &lt;/a&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
             when the snow removal company arrives so you can move your car(s).
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/ul&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Because it will be snowing throughout the day and evening tomorrow, we can not guarantee that the snow removal company will plow out parking spaces until Thursday. Once they begin plowing out parking spaces, we will update our Facebook page so you can move your cars.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           The heaviest snow is expected to fall overnight on Wednesday. The company will return Thursday to finish plowing.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Be safe and remember we are all neighbors so let's help each other out over these next 2 days.

           New trash and recycling totes have been dropped off in the community. After much confusion between the Township and Eagle Disposal, we have received the following information.
          
                    &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;ul&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
                        
            You DO NOT have to keep the new totes even for the 90-day "trial" period.  If you want to return one or both of the cans, please call Eagle Customer Service at 717-355-9560 and they will pick them up.
           
                      &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
                        
            The small green recycling cans belong to the property.  You can do whatever you want with it.  Toss is, keep it, repurpose it, etc.  If you are going to trash, label it trash. 
           
                      &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
                        
            If you plan to use the new recycling totes and don't want the older blue can, you can put it out with the trash. Please clearly label it trash so there is no confusion.

           Stray Cats
          
                      &#xD;
      &lt;/b&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
      
                      
          Please do NOT feed stray cats. They are causing problems in the neighborhood.

           Clean up after your pets
          
                      &#xD;
      &lt;/b&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
                        
          Please remember...when taking your dogs for a walk, keep them on a leash and clean up after them. They can't do it themselves!!
          
                      &#xD;

      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;i&gt;&#xD;
        
                        
           West Earl Township's Ordinance #56-2, Defecation on Public or Private Property, states in part: "It shall be unlawful for the owner, handler, custodian, or keeper of any dog to allow such dog under his or her control to defile or defecate on any sidewalk, walkway, or property of another. It shall be the duty of the person in control of the dog which defecates on any sidewalk, walkway, or property of another, to promptly clean and remove all feces discharged and to dispose of such feces in a lawful and sanitary manner..." Any person who is convicted of violating this Ordinance is subject to a fine of not more than $1,000.00 for each offense together with the cost of prosecution. Every day the violation exists shall be a separate violation of this Ordinance.
