Section 7.1 "The affairs of this Association shall be managed by a Board of four (4) directors. The Board of Directors shall be empowered to make, establish, promulgate, amend or repeal rules and regulations from time to time as the Board of Directors deems to be in the best interests of Country Circle Homeowner’s Association."
